calm before the storm

It's been so quiet here on the blog that you'd think I'd taken the summer off. I didn't, I swear! The Fox Hollow collection (finally!) came in about a week after my last post, prompting a flurry of unpacking boxes, packing orders and shipping, followed by a much needed family vacation in Minneapolis. When I got back, I busily started creating and uploading all the content for the snazzy new website that should be appearing in this space very soon - hopefully by the end of the week! Woo-hoo! It's sort of been the calm before the storm. The blog will still exist (and I have every intention of being a much more dedicated and productive contributor), but it will get a significant facelift, and it will be incorporated into the Monaluna website. I hope you like it!

While I was busy with other things, our yard quietly finished up its plum production, moved on to peaches and pears, and now we have these:
